• Content Disclaimer: All original content on this website is my own creation. I retain all copyrights. My practice is to properly cite all content which I do not own. I do not violate copyright laws in practice or intent.

• Return and Refund Policy: Most of my artwork is sold through Fine Art America (https://1-william-hunton.pixels.com/). Returns and refunds for work sold through that site is managed by Fine Art America. Here is a link to their current return policy - https://fineartamerica.com/moneybackguarantee.html. If you purchase a custom, limited edition, print from me personally or contract with me for services, then please understand the following return policy.

  • Regarding custom, limited edition, photographic art and books: You may return any custom, limited edition photographic art or book that I personally sell to you, up to 30 days, for any reason. The artwork or books must be returned undamaged. You are responsible for all shipping costs. I can refund your money or I can replace the item, your choice. I will refund your money or replace the item promptly.

  • Regarding my services: I will give you a complete refund for services I have contracted with you to perform, if I do not deliver those services to you as we agreed. My services are listed on the Home Page of this website. You have 30 days to inform me of your desire for a refund.

  • The limit of your refund will be up to the price of the artwork or service that you paid, and it will not include any shipping charges.
